The client commissioned us to design and renovate a sports venue and public space focused on crowd efficiency, safety, and long-term durability. Objectives included smooth circulation for large audiences, clear visual guidance for directional orientation, and integration of multifunctional and sustainable systems. We coordinated closely with venue operators, safety engineers, and municipal authorities to define evacuation routes, material specifications, lighting standards, and schedule requirements. The strategy emphasized modular layouts, durable finishes, and infrastructure readiness for green technologies.
Design and Material Integration
• Crowd Flow & Safety: Wide concourses, tiered seating, and barrier-free access points were carefully planned to ensure smooth movement and rapid evacuation in emergencies.
• Durable Finishes: High-intensity flooring, reinforced wall cladding, and impact-resistant seating materials were selected to withstand heavy use and long-term wear.
• Visual Guidance Systems: Signage, wayfinding graphics, and subtle architectural cues were integrated to aid orientation and emergency egress.
• Sustainable & Multifunctional Features: Rainwater harvesting systems, photovoltaic canopy panels, and adaptable event spaces were incorporated to support energy efficiency, environmental responsibility, and varied public use.
Material Supply & Intelligent Systems
• Construction Materials: Pre-fabricated, high-durability panels, flooring, and seating were supplied in coordinated batches for rapid installation and minimal disruption.
• Smart Systems: Wiring and control points were reserved for lighting automation, public address systems, surveillance, and energy-monitoring devices, all integrated discreetly within structural elements.
• Sustainable Technologies: Rainwater collection components, solar panels, and energy-efficient mechanical systems were delivered preconfigured for immediate integration.
Installation & Outcome
Work proceeded systematically: structural preparation, material placement, alignment of signage and seating, and commissioning of intelligent and sustainable systems. The completed venue delivers a safe, efficient, and visually coherent environment for both large-scale sporting events and daily public use.
