The strategy emphasized modular layouts, concealed cabling, and smart-office readiness.

• Ergonomic & Comfort-Focused Furniture: Height-adjustable desks, supportive chairs, and modular storage solutions enhance comfort and productivity.
• Natural Light & Greenery: Large windows, reflective surfaces, and indoor plants create a bright, refreshing environment that boosts well-being.
• Smart Systems: Wiring and recesses were reserved for integrated lighting controls, climate management, and energy-monitoring systems.
Material Supply & Intelligent Systems
• Furniture & Panels: Delivered in pre-configured modules for rapid installation, with durable finishes and ergonomic certifications.
• Smart Devices: Lighting, thermostats, and environmental sensors were pre-installed with concealed cabling for easy commissioning.
• Surface Finishes: Acoustic panels and flooring materials were selected for comfort, sound control, and long-term durability.
Installation & Outcome
