X Hotel aimed to refresh its lobby and guest rooms without structural renovation. The objective was to elevate the brand image, improve guest perception, and update finishes with minimal disruption to hotel operations.
We worked directly with hotel management to understand the desired style, material performance standards, and delivery schedule. Based on the target aesthetic, we proposed surface materials, feature wall treatments, acoustic solutions, and decorative elements suitable for rapid installation.
Once the scheme was approved, we arranged production and delivered all specified materials in phases to align with the hotel’s operational timeline. This included fabric-covered panels, wood-grain decorative panels, stone finishes, and complementary accessories. All items arrived on schedule with no shortages, enabling continuous on-site progress.
The lobby achieved a renewed visual identity with upgraded textures and improved spatial ambiance. Guest rooms were refreshed with consistent finishes and performance materials, enhancing comfort and durability without construction downtime. X Hotel recognized the efficiency of the process and the completeness of the material support.
